Why Behavior Modification?

Traditional customer-centered training modules and trainings can be learned fast and mastered over time by practice and experience. However, sales trainers and clients know that behavior, habits, and skills are the factors that most need to change – and at the same time takes more time to change. Such change cannot just be brought about by a few hours or days of training. For example, a one-day training session is not enough to develop and sustain confidence and motivation in making sales.
